Firsts. (LEWIS!!!!)

Monica felt his lips pressed to hers. She pulled herself from the pain, she didn;t want this to happen. She didn;t want to die, she hoped and wished that the demon part of her would keep her alive.
She opened her eyes slowly.

Taku's eyes widened. "Woah..." He said to himself. Hal didn't move. He didn't dare to. He didn't want to. He didn't need to. So why would he?

**Haha i love that. I can just picture Taku's face.

Monica didn't move. She kissed Hal back. She lifted her hands and put htem behind his head running her fingers through his hair. The demon part of her actually let her live. she was tankful for being a demon for once.

Taku watched on, starting to feel unwelcome. "umm...Hal?" He started, and Hal held one hand up towards him, without looking up. Taku blinked. "err, ok..." He said, stepping back.

Hal didn't want this to end, ever. He didn't see any reason for it ending.

Monica didn't realise how hard her heart was beating until now. She could feel it thud against her chest, almost as if it was going to break her ribcage and jump from her chest.
She closed her eyes letting the kiss last. If Taku ruined this she'd murder him.

*No!*

Taku shrugged, then sat down and began casually carving more of the design in to his bow, like nothing was happening. He knew that the poison had worn off by now, and he smiled wryly on one side of his face. "Chancer..." He said to himself, looking back down at his bow

Monica broke the kiss. "We should go now." But she didn't want to stop it.

*Fail*

Hal nodded, sighing. "Yeah, you're right" He said, at last. Talu looked up. "Done?" He asked, putting his carving knife away. "You took your time..." He said, standing up.

Monica sat up and looked over at Taku smoothing down her hair. "Do you want us to keep going?" She asked and stood up. She stood her ground and closed her eyes feeling a bit light headed. She shook her head and blinked slightly, feeling better.

Taku shrugged. "If you want," He said, sighing, and Hal looked up. "At least let me get my breath back, huh?" He said, defensivley.

Monica grinned and she felt all the blood run to her cheecks.
She looked at her feet letting her hair fall over her face. She hadn't put it back in a braid yet, and wasn't very up to doing it at the moment.

Taku looked at Monica, then at Hal. "Have you done this before or something?" He asked, and Hal shrugged. "There's a first time for everything." He said, smiling.

Monica put it all behind her.
"Okay, we have to go now. The Shadows are probably catching up."

*Fail*

Taku nodded. "Yeah, that would kinda ruin everything..." He said, and Hal sighed. "Alright, let's go."

Monica pulled her hair over her shoulder and walked on.
she ran a long strand of red hair through her long pale finters. She kept her wolf ears open for the slightest bit of movement. Her tail wrapped itself around her small waist.

"I've got an idea." Taku said,suddenly. "They kept away from us when we were awake. If one of us pretends to be asleep we can catch the little bastard and make him talk." He said, and Hal looked round. "That's so simple and stupid that it might work..." He said, smiling.

Monica just nodded.
Her scarlet eyes searched the underbrush and through the treetops. The puples of her eys widened, and her gaze was magnified. She swept it across the branches of every tree, and the shrunk again. "I think we're good for now." She said and turned her head towards the brothers as she continued to walk.

Hal looked back, smiling. Taku looked ahead, loking for a cave or some other kind of shelter, feeling too lazy to build one himself.

Monica's exspression was blank as she thought about how she could have hurt Hal.
She shook her head slightly. You barely even know the guy! And you sucked his face? Gosh you're HORRIBLE she thought to herself, trying to make sence of it all. Trying to keep her emotions at bay.

Taku smiled as he saw a cave up ahead. "Looks like we don't need to bother building a shelter," he said, and Hal breathed a sigh of relief. "Good, i'm not feeling up to building shelters..." He said, and Taku grinned evilly. "Oh, i can guess why, lover boy..." He said, and Hal sighed again, shaking his head.

Monica followed them to the cave. rolling her eyes at their conversation. "Idiots." She said under her breath, not really meaning it.

Taku made himself at home, while Hal built a fire. He still felt dizzy after the kiss, but in a nice way. He smiled to himself as he lit the fire, hoping Monica wouldn't notice.

Monica sat down in the corner of the cave, like she'd always done. It was cozy there, and she was use to hiding in the corners. She watched as Hal built a fire, her gaze sweeping across his body.
She almost found herself smiling at how fit he was. She was lucky.
Monica shook herself from her daze. No, it was a kiss, a flook. There's no way, you're getting yourself worked up for nothing. she thought.

Hal sat back as the fire roared in to life and he stared at it. Suddenly a gust of wind blew the flame so it shifted to the right, and his eyes met Monica's. He felt like he should look away, thought Monica had mistook him for someone else when she kissed him, but he couldn't look away. Something fixed his eyes on hers, then the wind died down, and he was staring back in to the flame. He blinked, looking down in embarrasment.

Monica looked away from him.
She pulled her knees to her chest and rested her hands on them. She looked over towards Taku, unsure of what to do at that point. Unsure if they were even safe.
Unsure of how she felt about Hal.
