Benjiman gritted his teeth. All his father could say was 'did you miss me?' it made him feel like killing him.

Damla nodded and walked towards him. Her eyes still full of sadness. She didn;t want to speak, not until she knew he was actually there, knew it wasn't a dream. Make sure he was actually staying.

Saluka hugged her, he held her close... "I love you... Every moment I spent in that hell-hole was spent in sorrow that I was away from you..." He whispered into her ear, he kissed her cheek... "You probably hate me for leaving... Don't you?"

Daha was with Benji on this one... He wanted to hit Saluka... He'd been gone for six months and then he just turns up and says... 'Did you miss me?'...

Damla didn't answer him, she just burried her face in his chest and wrapped her arms around his body. No words could describe how good it felt to be in his arms. She never wanted to let go.

Benjiman stole a glance at Daha.
"I guess we're skipping today." She said reffering to school.

Daha nodded, "Ring your mom and tell her to meet us at our house..." He said, "I'll ring my dad to tell him we're coming home."

Saluka kissed her neck and cheek repeatedly.

Benjiman nodded to Daha and grabbed his mobile from his pocket. He dialed his mother's number and let it ring. "Mum?"
Silents from his end. "Mum we need to meet over at Ty's, don't ask." He hung up his phone.

Damla let him kiss her. She lifted her face to his and kissed him gentely on the lips.

Benjiman cringed. "You do know that you're kissing my dad, and i'm over 6000 years older than you." He shook his head. "That's wrong."

"If you're six hundred years older than her... Then why are you on your way to school with her?" Saluka asked his son, pulling his lips away from Damla's but still holding her in a tight embrace... He'd missed her so much... "I hear you had a spot of bother with your grandfather?"

Benjiman shook his head.
"Jesus Saluka. I was in the Pit sonce i was twelve. . .and longer." He said and walked out.

Luna stared at Saluka and Damla, She felt a pang in her stomatch. She looked away.

"Well you could of at least practiced your fighting skills whilst you were there." Saluka said, only half joking. "If I hadn't arrived Akulas would have killed you all. The only reason you were able to kill Akulas and Xaris last time was because Akulas was already dying and Sarik sacrificed his life for you." He regretted saying the last bit about Sarik as soon as he said it, he knew Benji would feel back about killing Luna's mate, and it would be even worse because she was here.

Luna stared at Saluk. Pain filling her blood red eyes.
Luna refained from saying anything as she pushed herself past Damla and Saluka. Tears streaming down her face.

Damla looked from Benjiman to Saluka to Luna.
No words escaped her mouth.

Benjiman shook his head and glared at his father.
"Nice going." He said, not caring how Saluka would take it. Benjiman barely knew the man, and the man wasn't in the right place to be ordering him around.
"I killed two immortals Saluka. I'm sure i can kill them again."

Saluka ignored Benji, he was being stupid and immature. "Before I arrived I heard something about going to meet with Evver, Shuriken and Ty?" He asked the group.

Daha followed Luna, "Luna I'm sure Saluka didn't mean it like that. Sarik was brave to give his life for Benji. I'm sure even Saluka is greatful, no matter how strange his way of showing it."

Benjiman gritted his teeth at his father.
"Dick." He mermured and went to calm Luna down.

Luna looked at Daha with tears streaming down her cheecks. She wiped them away and nodded slightly.

Daha looked round as Benji came around the corner, "I can also guarrentee, that if either of them had the power, both Benji and Saluka would do everything they could to bring Sarik back." Daha smiled.

Saluka broke away his hug with Damla and looked into her eyes, "I won't ever leave you again." He promised.

Damla just nodded.

Luna smiled.
"That makes me feel a bit better." She said her voice soft. Her sobs gone.

"Common, we need to talk to Saluka." Daha said, "I want to talk to him about..." He nearly said Sarik, but decided against it, "I need to talk to him..." He said in the end.

Saluka smiled, "We need to get out of here quickly, Akulas isn't far away and recently he's been trying something new..."

Benjiman rested against the house, waiting for everyone to come walking out. aparently they needed to go see Shuriken. He'd love to see how that would go.
"Hurry up guys." he groaned and Damla came walking out, she looked the same as before, pale, afraid, broken, and silent. he stared at her with blue concern filled eyes.
"you okay?" He asked.

Damla didn't answer.

Benjiman took a deep breath.

Luna walked out after Damla.

Daha followed Luna out, he nodded to Benji and gave him a look that said, Keep your Dad away from Luna. Then he walked forward to join his sister.

Saluka exitted the alley last, "I killed the humans, its easier than wiping their memories." He said to Benji then waited for him to lead the way.

Benjiman nodded slightly.
He knew how to do that. He just have to pick an arguement whenever his dad would mention Sarik.

"So..." Saluka was new to the whole Dad thing, "How's school been?" He asked, he knew the question sounded odd coming from the King of Vampires as soon as he said it... He nearly laughed, but forced himself to keep a straight face.

Benjiman looked at Saluka questioningly.
"Um...Good. they don't teach us much, and the teacher's there have really bad gossip. Aparently out gym teacher is sleeping with my math teacher. It's the worst image you could ever have." He said and shook his head cringing. "Why do you ask?"

"Because I'm trying, and failing, to be a Dad..." Saluka shrugged, "To be fair, I think it was easier when we were threatening each other. I think you inherited my temper... But your mothers good looks."

Benjiman looked from Saluka to Damla.
"My mother's good looks?" He asked raising his eyebrows.

"Well... Er." Saluka said, awkwardly... He'd have to choose his words carefully here, "To be fair she is rather good looking..." Then he walked over to Damla and kissed her cheek, "But she wasn't blessed with beauty like Damla's." He smiled at her, he'd got out of that well..."

Damla smiled slightly.

Benjiman rolled his eyes. "Smooooth dad." He said, feelink awkward calling Saluka dad, it wasn't right. He'd just call him Saluka from then on.

Luna stared down at her feet as she trailed behind them all. Her black hair falling over her pale beautiful face. Her red eyes seemed more dark and emotionless than normal.

Saluka stopped, "Wait a second..." He said and looked at Benji, "Where are we going???" He laughed, no one had told him where they were going, only they were going to meet Shuriken, Ty and Evver.

Daha shrugged, "Benji, where'd you tell your mom to meet us?"

Benjiman looked at them.
"My house, there's no way i'm letting my mom step foot outside of our front door. I hate it when dicks hit on my mom, it's just wrong." He looked at Saluka. "Yeahh...whenever she comes out of that house at least five guys that live on our street come out just to look at her."

Damla shook her head in disgust.
